in the last weekNo matter what you do, don't go to another hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is a few employees and the Dead Sea. The rest is unacceptable. This hotel only deserves one star because of its location on the Dead Sea. Recommended for 1 day but nothing more. There are better hotels in the area.

in the last weekThe worst hotel, the worst services and facilities. No food or buffet. Lies. Don't be fooled by the pictures. I would never recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately, a bad experience. Money wasted. It doesn't deserve a single star. Honestly, its prices are outrageous. Even the beach is far away, and after 6:00 PM there is no sea.

in the last weekIt's one of the last hotels on the border with Israel. Unfortunately, a once very nice hotel has fallen into disrepair, I suppose due to the lack of tourism. Overall, it was fine, but we had a whole day without electricity; it was obvious they cut it off on purpose due to the lack of tourists. Only a few things worked; we had to carry our things to reception, eat in near darkness, with no air conditioning. It was our last night... it wasn't worth asking for an exchange rate. The pools are very nice, there's a shuttle (in a fairly old van) to the Dead Sea, and a very friendly guy will cover you with mud if you want it. The first day there was no water to rinse off... then there was... there's a lot of maintenance needed. A shame, the staff was very friendly.

in the last weekI have stayed there more than 6 times during the last 10 years. Unfortunately, this time the service was below the usual level and the food was less varied than before.
