Rovers Return Ayla

This was my first experience with this place expecting it would live up to the standard we are used to in the outlet located in Aqaba gate complex. Unfortunately, this experience was a complete failure. Portion is in no way comparable to that of the outlet in Aqaba gate let aside the quality of food and presentation which by itself is a joke. The food came overcooked and type of food served was very very poor as compared to the price they charge. The presentation of dishes was a complete shock and cannot be classified as even 1 star. The only thing that might live up to 2 stars level was the service where you have to hold on to your dish before it gets snatched by the waiter. It was an experience not to be repeated again no matter what. If they do not fix these issue and stop taking customers for granted depending on the name, they will for sure cause a lot of irreparable damage to a name we have been loyal to for more that 2 decades. Very bad experience does not describe the disappointment we faced.
