SeaStar Water Sports – Diving Center

Once, in the distant 2019, during the Moscow Dive Show 2019, I met an amazing person - Lana Shaikhetdinova. It turned out that she is not just a diver - she, like me, works as a diving instructor. We exchanged contacts and promised each other that we would definitely dive together someday. In 2025, I came to Aqaba from Eilat. Lana works in an amazing dive center - the best in Aqaba: SeaStar Water Sports. The infrastructure of the diving center is very convenient: there is a large and beautiful pool, separate spacious rooms for briefing, luxurious showers, an amazing restaurant. The diving center has amazing logistics: the staff of the diving center is amazingly punctual - every day a driver picked me up from the hotel to the diving center and brought me back. A separate car delivered us with the equipment to the most remote dive site of Aqaba. During the 4 days of vacation, I made about six dives to the best dive sites of Aqaba. The depth of the dives was from 10 meters to 40 meters. During my entire stay at the diving center, I saw amazing coral reefs, a sunken plane, a huge sunken ship, a museum of military equipment. I want to say a special thank you to my instructor Lana. She is an amazing person and a professional in her field. Underwater and on the surface, she always demonstrated professionalism and exemplary behavior. Thanks to her, I saw many representatives of the flora and fauna of the Gulf of Aqaba. In addition, Lana is also an amazing underwater photographer. All dives with Lana are very high quality - observing the standards and local legislation, we dived together for at least 50 minutes, and in some cases even more than one hour. It is unlikely that any dive instructor will be able to offer and organize such dives for you better than Lana and the diving center where she works. I am happy that I had a great time in the new year, I hope to come back again to take a technical diving course.
