This was my second time at this hospital, and once again, I had an excellent experience. I was cared for by the wonderful nurses on the third floor, Nagham, Hadeel, Marah, and Raya. They were extremely attentive, kind, and meticulous with every detail of my care. I am truly grateful for the compassion and professionalism they showed throughout my stay. A heartfelt thank you as well to Dr. Essam for performing my surgery with such skill and care. I deeply appreciate the outstanding treatment I received from the entire team.

I am an American citizen and came from the US to do a surgery with a great doctor and had a beautiful experience with him. However I had a very bad experience with the management of the hospital. When I walked in on Wednesday 6/18/25 at 6am I paid the full amount in cash for the surgery including hospital fees, I asked the receptionist for a receipt or any proof of payment and he said he couldn't give me anything without approval from the doctor. I got my surgery done and stayed for 2 days and 2 nights in room 206 and spoke with the doctor about my proof of payment and he told me to go back to the receptionist and I should be given an invoice. I went back to the receptionist and told them I needed my paperwork because I need to get back to the US, he then told me they needed 3 days of processing and needed some sort of approval from the managers. I gave my phone number to the receptionist so the manager can call me and no one got back to me. I felt like this hospital offers all kinds of customer service up until they receive their money. Once that money is in their hands, everything changes. I do, however, want to say thank you so much to Dr. Usama Damra. He was a great doctor with high character and extremely helpful. I’d also like to thank the nursing staff on the second floor, also amazing and helpful. Unfortunately the hospital itself has terrible management.
