Despite my diligent work and significant efforts, I was not paid for my labor, which is a blatant injustice. Unpaid Wages and Promised Bonuses Not only did I perform my primary job, but I also actively sold cosmetics, which generated profit for the salon. For this, I was promised a bonus, which I, unfortunately, never received. Furthermore, I did a manicure for the fiancée of Mohammed—one of the salon's partners. She was delighted with my work, highly praised it, and left a tip. These tips, which were meant for me for my quality work, were simply not given to me. It's not just unfair; it's shameful. Failure to Adhere to Hygiene and Professional Standards The salon does not provide basic working conditions. I was forced to use my own materials and tools because the salon doesn't provide the proper equipment. The techniques they use are outdated, making it impossible to implement new, modern manicure methods. A separate and very serious problem is the lack of hygiene. We were only given one nail file per week! This is unsanitary and dangerous for both clients and technicians. It shows a complete disregard for the health of the people who visit this salon. My Conclusion Based on my own bitter experience, I categorically do not recommend the SULA SPA salon. My story is an example of how a company can abuse the trust of its employees, fail to pay them for their hard work, and neglect basic hygiene standards!
