This is for the foodies and Pizza Lovers Hands down the best Italian dining experiences I’ve had in Jordan. From the very first phone call to reserve a table, the hospitality was exceptional. The chef’s kindness was evident immediately, and when we arrived, he welcomed us not as customers, but as guests in his own home. He even surprised us with a complimentary Margherita pizza, which to me not just shows generosity but also the pride he puts into his food. As for the food, everything was more than amazing. The margarita pizza was easily the best I’ve had in Jordan — the dough was light, airy, and perfectly fluffy, the marinara sauce was rich and flavorful without overpowering the toppings which is where most restaurants fail at. In my opinion, Sylvia’s didn’t just serve food, it delivered an experience. Exceptional quality, authentic flavors, and hospitality that genuinely makes you feel valued. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for true Italian cuisine in Jordan. I will definitely be coming back ❤️
