in the last weekWe booked a hotel for 2 weeks which was around 800USD. The price is not wrong for a normal hotel but this was something completely different. The pictures that were posted on booking.com were something completely different when we got to the hotel. They use completely different pictures than what is actually in reality. When we arrived there it smelled of mold, when we saw the rooms everything was dirty and old. The bathroom was full of stains and smelled completely rotten. The bed and carpet were very dirty and everything smelled moldy. When we told the reception they refused to do anything about it other than show us worse rooms that were in worse condition. When we wanted to have it refunded since this was not what we booked and this was not as in the advertisement they refused to refund the amount. We were simply robbed of 800USD and we had to leave the place to find another hotel. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I strongly recommend that everyone stay very far away from this hotel.
