in the last weekThe valet service was extremely bad. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with them. I waited an hour and a quarter, and then they went down to the garage to bring me the car.

in the last weekThe hotel is new, modern, and very spacious, which is noticeable from the moment you enter the lobby. There's no waiting in line, and each guest has a dedicated manager with their own table and chairs. What I especially liked: They really try to anticipate your needs. The staff is very friendly. Very spacious rooms with panoramic windows and modern controls (lights, curtains—everything is controlled by buttons). The bathrooms deserve special mention—marble, excellent toiletries, and thoughtful attention to detail. One of the best buffets in Amman. A huge selection—from local classics (hummus, labneh) to exquisite European dishes and freshly baked pastries. The hotel is very quiet and private, despite being located in a busy area. As expected, prices are high, both for accommodations and in the on-site restaurants. We once got stuck in the elevator, for which we were treated to a free lunch.
