Food: The food was delicious, but by the time I got to the buffet, most of the dishes were gone. This wasn’t because I arrived late, but because the staff delayed my seating, which left me with very few options. Atmosphere: The place was overcrowded and felt extremely stuffy, making it uncomfortable to enjoy the meal. There was too much noise, and the overall environment was chaotic. Service: The service was terrible. Despite having a reservation, I arrived to find that someone else had taken my spot. The staff made me wait a long time and then seated me at a table in the walkway. They also promised complimentary tea, coffee, and shisha, but I never received anything. The staff showed no effort in resolving the issue, which made the experience even more frustrating.

Visited for Ramadan breakfast buffet: Food quality is good and they serve so many good dishes: Sushi 🍣 stuffed lamb 🐑 Lebanese grills 🍡 shawerma, and good selection of appetizers, sweets section was fine as well. Service during Ramadan: staff provided us with a really nice table, service was sometimes slow but it's acceptable after iftar time. Shisha was really bad, overpriced and bad quality or even it's service. Prices are a bit high but within range for this type of hotels 34 JOD per person
