5 months agoI am writing to thank you for an amazing trip that I had .I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. The airport pick-up was smooth, and the driver Moayyad Mabrouk was extremely helpful and kind, taking me to have the best jordanian food . During the Petra tour, our guide Ali Al Masadeh was truly outstanding – very knowledgeable about the history and made the whole visit engaging and memorable. 9 months agoWe just came back from a 10 day trip around Jordan. Our trip was planned by Lightfoot and UTA is their local partner. Great experience with UTA, with zero issues throughout our trip. Appreciate the frequent check in by their reps (thanks to Omar, Mohammad etc.), always making sure our checkin at each hotel goes smoothly, we are enjoying ourselves and asking if we have everything we need etc. Our driver Ahmed is v good - skilled and careful driving, and always happy to share info etc. Love hearing about his family and kids. Hazim, our permanent guide, is also v knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for sharing all the info about the different sites we visited and helping us get such a great deal on the mosaic table Enjoyed all the food recommendations, particularly the dinner with local family. Did not expect to have such a good time with Yousef, Esraa, Uncle and Auntie. Food with them was great, but the conversation and company was even better. Enjoyed hearing about the work that they are doing with their social enterprise. Strongly recommend UTA if anyone is planning to visit Jordan. Hope we have the chance to visit Jordan again!
