Sabbah è stato molto ospitale e mi ha portato dal Visitor Center al villaggio in jeep sopra di cui ci si poteva comodamente stendere su cuscini e godere il panorama con il vento fra i capelli. La camera ed i bagni erano puliti, la cena e la colazione davvero ricchi e di ottima qualità. Nella notte abbiamo acceso un fuoco e chi voleva poteva fumare shisha, Sabbah ci ha portato a vedere le stelle e la via lattea nel cuore del deserto scattando foto magnifiche. Consigliatissimo!

Our stay in Wad Rum was at the end of April 2025, we chose Sabbah as a guide and we couldn’t have chosen better. He is a funny guy and an expert guide of the desert, he brought us in many places with spectacular views and cared for all the possible comforts. He drove us with his jeep all around the dunes of Wadi Rum telling us a lot of very interesting information about places and life in the desert and stopping in many beduin tents to drink a tea all together and take a little rest. We also did sand boarding and watched the sunset! Finally he drove us to the Wadi Rum Protected Area Camp, his family’s beduin camp in the desert, where we shared a typical dinner made of rice, vegetables and meat. At the end of our day, the lack of artificial lights, gave us the chance to admire one of the best light of the stars ever in the dark night sky of the desert. In the end we slept in a very comfortable and beautiful panoramic tent, with a full view on the stunning Wadi Rum. We stayed in a splendid typical Bedouin tent in the Wadi Rum protected area camp, the tents are spacious, comfortable beds and the largest have a private bathroom while the smaller ones have a shared bathroom. In addition to the overnight stay, dinner is included, a typical Bedouin dinner with meat cooked under the sand (really excellent) and breakfast. In addition to the overnight stay we decided to do a desert tour of about 4 hours accompanied by Sabbah, who not only accompanied us but told us everything we saw and made us live a unique experience of its kind, we also had the fortune of meeting his family and his brothers with whom he manages the camp, all very kind and nice people. We would never have wanted to return home, it was an unforgettable experience and I can only recommend it to everyone.
