in the last weekThe beef burger tasted awful, the food was bad, and the fries were cold. May God bless the food, but I threw it in the trash.

a week agoI’m not a professional reviewer, but I am a serious burger fan — so I was curious to try WingMan after hearing the claim of “the best burger in the world.” I ordered the Classic Angus burger, as I personally find Angus delivers better flavor and texture for burgers than Wagyu. To be honest, the experience didn’t match the hype. I wouldn’t say it’s the best burger in the world — nor in Jordan, nor in Amman, or even in the 7th Circle area. Since it’s a smashed burger, I wasn’t expecting it to be overly juicy — that’s not the point of smash style. What I was expecting, though, was a strong beefy flavor, crispy caramelized edges, and balanced toppings. Unfortunately, the overall taste leaned too sour, likely from an overpowering amount of pickles and mustard, which dominated the sandwich and masked the meat’s flavor. Even as a double patty, I didn’t get the rich, satisfying beef texture and depth I was hoping for. I don’t enjoy giving low ratings, and I hope this is taken as constructive feedback. I might give it another chance in the future and hope for a better balance next time.
