Z Pulse Gym is a modern gym in Al Bonayyat, Amman, designed for members who want more than a standard workout space. For anyone searching for gym Al Bonayyat, Al Bonayat gym 24 hours, or the best ladies gym in Amman, Z Pulse Gym offers a well-rounded fitness experience that combines gym training, wellness facilities, and swimming pool access in one location. Publicly listed information describes the club as a mixed gym with a heated pool, located in Amman – Al Bonayyat, behind Petra University, making it a practical choice for residents of the area who want a nearby gym with flexible access and added value.
One of the biggest strengths of Z Pulse Gym is its ability to serve both men and women while also offering dedicated ladies hours during the day. This makes it especially attractive for women looking for the best ladies gym in Amman without choosing a women-only club. Ladies can benefit from more privacy and comfort during their allocated hours, while the gym continues as a mixed facility for the rest of the schedule. This balance gives Z Pulse Gym a strong position in local search for users looking for a ladies gym in Amman, a mixed gym with flexible timing, or a trusted gym in Al Bonayyat close to home. Public sources currently show ladies hours from 8AM to 2PM, while a newer announcement also promotes dedicated ladies timing after Eid, so it is smart to confirm the latest schedule directly before publishing fixed hours.
The swimming and wellness side adds even more value. Z Pulse Gym publicly promotes a heated swimming pool, and its channels also highlight gym and pool subscriptions, swimming activity, and family-oriented pool services such as children’s swimming courses. Public descriptions also mention spa-style facilities including massage, jacuzzi, sauna, ice bath, and even broader relaxation features, which positions the club as more than a weights-and-machines gym. For users searching online for a gym with a pool in Amman, or a gym Al Bonayyat that supports both exercise and recovery, Z Pulse Gym stands out as a stronger all-in-one option.

My experience with the gym was negative. The staff's approach wasn't comfortable or professional, and they seemed more focused on collecting membership fees than customer satisfaction. Therefore, I absolutely do not recommend it.

Without exaggeration, this is a truly exceptional club. It's complete, from the management to the coaches – absolutely fantastic. It offers a great sense of peace and tranquility.

21/09/2026Its new clean GYM, i went there for continues 3 months, the equipment is good and new, there main weaknesses is the coach, you don’t feel they care, 3 months and no one answer my request to build a program !! you train blindly and might hurt yourself by mistake !!! means they somehow push you for private coach which cost a lot.
There is a swimming pool, look nice and good size (i didn’t tried it)
i stopped going there cause i was afraid of hurting my self when the coach are not caring at all
