First, I want to thank Dr. Shrouq Abdo for her patience, her kind spirit, and her integrity from the initial consultation to the surgery. Her work is amazing. Thank you, Doctor, your hands are like silk. Most importantly, there's no swelling after the surgery, thank God. She did my nose exactly how I wanted and even better. Besides her kind spirit and refined manner, I was afraid of the surgery, but she made me forget the fatigue and fear. The entire hospital staff are wonderful, may God bless them. The hospital is clean and the service is excellent. Thank you.

I've never experienced worse treatment. Even on the phone, you ask questions and no one answers, and they hung up on us more than once when we were calling for emergency services.

Based on my personal and family experience over multiple occasions, the hospital is severely lacking in credibility. For example, if you come in with a common cold, they'll ask you for blood tests, a urine test, and a head scan. It's a waste of time and money, using the excuse of unnecessary tests at the hospital.
