a month agoI rarely take the time to actually rate experiences, but this was below standard enough for me to actually take the time to warn people of what to expect. I had booked a car one night before to go from aqaba to amman, one-way. When we arrived, there was one car. Asked if I would wait an hour for it to be cleaned. No. Okay... they did a quick wipe and off you go. Rumbly steering, Older Nissan Micra, one headlight not working, barely made it back. AC was good, so there was that. Upon arrival to amman, I wanted to drop it off at the swefieh location as I didnt need it anymore. I arrived at 6:30. The place was close even the the WEBSITE said 7, and the PLACE open sign said 8. So, both wrong. Tried call service center: option for 'support' disconnects the line. Option for 'operator' no answer. Option for Airport Branch no answer. Simple useless. The only way I can justify a two star rating is because the first gentlemen in Aqaba was very affible and apologetic and did try the best he could. This is not the stadard of Avis, though.

a month agoUnfortunately, I booked through the website and when I went to the office in the summer, I found the office closed. I contacted the employee and he told me that he closed the office and left and said that he would return within an hour. I waited for him for two hours and called him again and found that the phone was off. Unfortunately, a company of this size mistreats our customers in this way. This is a method.
