in the last weekThe service and people in this hotel was fabulous. The hotel is 5 star so the expectation of luxury is definitely there. Wasim and Ahmed at the check out counter gives you the first impression of their hospitality and service. Absolutely fantastic A big thank you to both and well done ! We were traveling at 5 am to Jordan to catch our flight and they were so kind to pack our breakfast for the way and also gave us a box for our driver.

It is difficult to mention just one person from the team because, honestly, every single staff member was fantastic. The level of kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality from the entire team really stood out and made our stay special. The restaurants offered a great variety of dishes, and we especially enjoyed the Jordanian cuisine — it was delicious and very well prepared. Our room was very clean, everything was fully functional, and the housekeeping team was extremely kind and attentive. What truly makes this property shine is its people such warm and welcoming staff throughout the hotel. We are looking forward to the completion of the swimming pool renovation, and we are sure that once it is ready, it will make the experience even better. We would definitely return.

a week agoVery nice hotel, great food, excellent service, everyone is just so friendly and caring, we really appreciated the extraordinary service and hospitality, we also loved our deluxe twin room, but, unfortunately neither our travel agency nor my husband and I were informed about the construction works that are currently going on in the hotel. It was really loud and the nice view which was described in the hotel offer was blocked and also the pool did not work due to the construction works. We were really sad about that (especially because we had paid €420 for one night with half board), nevertheless, we had a nice stay because of the very friendly staff.

a week agoIt would normally be a 5-star hotel, but one star is deducted because a construction site disrupted everything (view, noise). Otherwise, the hotel would be highly recommended.
