The worst company in history! They keep changing dates and the hotels are awful! I went on Umrah with them, and the hotel they gave me was infested with cockroaches. They also changed the agreed-upon flight time. There was absolutely no follow-up and complete negligence. They told me they'd pick me up from the airport in a private car, but instead, they put me in a group car. The worst company in history! If I had to give you half a star, I'd give it to you.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this travel agency. The agent Husam Yousef was so dishonest. • The hotel we booked was changed without proper confirmation, and our stay was eventually split between two different hotels (four nights divided into two stays), forcing us to pack, unpack, and move mid-trip — something we clearly objected to. This wasted valuable vacation time and caused unnecessary stress. • Communication was extremely poor. Our messages and calls were repeatedly ignored, leaving us waiting for long periods without clear answers or solutions. This caused significant frustration and exhaustion, especially after travel. • Airport transportation was unacceptable. The pickup was late, difficult to locate, and the vehicle provided was not suitable for three passengers with three suitcases, making the ride uncomfortable and unsafe. Overall, there was a complete lack of planning, accountability, and respect for the customer’s time. I travel frequently, and this is one of the worst travel agency experiences I’ve had. I will be sharing this experience publicly so others are aware and can avoid booking with this company. I strongly advise travelers to stay away from this agency. I wish someone from the management will contact me. But at this point I don’t expect anything from them. They got their money and nothing else important
