Days before the wedding, during the fitting, I discovered the wedding dress was too short and very short on me. The staff convinced me it was okay, then they attached a piece to lengthen it, but it was very noticeable! On top of that, they forgot to lengthen the lining to match the new length, and the dress remained see-through at the bottom. As much as I loved the dress, it ruined my wedding day!

I made an appointment to see a specific dress, and we agreed on a date and time via WhatsApp. When I arrived at the store, I was shocked to find they had forgotten my appointment and the dress wasn't even there! On top of that, the store had left empty coffee cups and cigarette butts in the dress showroom and fitting room!! They told me to leave for an hour and come back so they could bring the dress to the store. Honestly, it was a terrible situation, especially since I had made an appointment and traveled from quite far away! Not professional at all.
