7 months agoThe worst treatment ever at this downtown branch, and this is the first and last time I'll ever deal with them. I've never encountered such awful employees. The service is terrible and the customer care is unbelievable. Exchange offices that treat customers so badly should be shut down. My advice: don't deal with them.
