EDIT OCT 13TH 2025: Reading all the comments, this hospital clearly provided best service to forgien visitors only. Truly shameful. ++++++++++++++++++++ PROBABLY THE WORST HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE. I've never felt compelled to review a hospital, and I've visited all in Jordan (had operations in 3) It feels like a big non private medical centre honestly. The laboratory floor feels like you walked in a resident evil game, i feel sorry for the girls there, but when you do inside for testing rooms again you get that absolutely cheap local clinic vibe where there are 3 seats with only a curtain between them, and 1 private room for god knows what/who. In speciality hospital for example you have 2 private rooms for testing. In abdali, people literally are looking at you while ur blood is drawn. I went in for a GD test that takes 3 hrs, with an hr between blood draws. They literally had people come in before me though i should've been a priority since its a timed test. Finally i asked them.to WhatsApp me the results, they said i should download the app (without any further info). Luckily i had an old test wherw i could get the info from, but the application literally kept on crashing. I called for 2 hrs straight, no one replied. I sent them WhatsApp no one replied too. Again, the service is NOT comparable to other prestigious hospitals, like alkhaldi where staff truly have mastered the art of client service. Oh and lets not talk about the elevator scene on weekends. Whoever designed that area have never seen a hospital? Yiu can easily expect a wait of 7-10 minutes for the elevator. Not a first class hospital-not the service you expect, completely horrified to now have to deliver there. I have to for multiple reasons, but im absolutely anxious about the poor service I've been getting so far. بالعربي طعة و قايمة المستشفى
