a month agoOne thing I've noticed at every branch I go into is that when you come to exchange money, whatever the currency, for another currency, if the employee doesn't like the amount, they immediately tell you, "Enough, you just have to spend it that way, it's too little." It turns out this is the company's policy, and they train their employees to communicate it to customers. Because it's not reasonable that I go to 4 branches and the employee keeps telling me (that's it) Even once, I had 200 Jordanian dinars and wanted to exchange them for an Emirati employee at the Gardens branch. She told me (that's just a few). I don't understand what it's got to do with you. I didn't want to cause her trouble and be the reason for cutting off her livelihood, but if it happens again at any of the branches, I won't stay silent. First: It has nothing to do with you. How much currency do I want to exchange? If I have a shilling, I don't have it. Second: This behavior is not good at all and violates privacy. Third: Your job is to dispense the amount that suits the customer and according to his needs. Fourth: I will never return to you, and there are much better exchange shops.
