I wanted to transfer 1500 Saudi Riyals to Saudi Arabia, but they told me they had to convert it to Jordanian Dinars first, and then hand it back to Saudi Riyals. In the end, after all the required conversions imposed by the system, I only received 1000 Saudi Riyals. This is without the transfer fee of 7 Jordanian Dinars, meaning 500 Saudi Riyals went to them just to convert it to Jordanian Dinars and then back to Saudi Riyals! And another thing, I wanted to transfer $1600 to Saudi Arabia. After the conversions to Jordanian Dinars and then to Saudi Riyals, it came out to 5600 Saudi Riyals?!

The initial price was good, but the price difference for the denominations (hundreds and small change) was only explained after payment was received. Therefore, the final price alone was the issue.

I went to transfer $50. I'd dealt with them before, and they had my information. However, they insisted on asking for a photo of my ID. I asked them for the "Sand" app, but they refused. I asked them for a photo of my ID as well. They asked for the other side, which I didn't have. They refused to process the transfer, even though the amount was small. Very poor treatment, and honestly, this is the last time I'll deal with them.
