From my personal experience, it's difficult to find a jewelry store that combines credibility, professional work, and punctuality. Mr. Ghassan is truly creative and highly professional in his field. Their treatment is elegant and respectful, making you feel confident in whatever you choose. They also help you with the design you have in mind and offer excellent advice! ✨💎 I recommend everyone visit the store.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews unless an experience truly stands out — and let me tell you, my visit to baqleh and akkawi jewlery was far more than just a shopping trip; it was a luxurious, heartwarming, and unforgettable experience from beginning to end. Let’s start with the store itself: from the moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed with an atmosphere of elegance and warmth. The displays were meticulously organized, each piece of jewelry shining brilliantly under perfect lighting, inviting you to take your time and explore. The space was immaculately clean, and the interior design had a refined charm — a beautiful blend of modern luxury and classic sophistication. But what truly made this experience exceptional was the people. First and foremost, Nadia, the sales associate who assisted me, was absolutely wonderful. She greeted me with the warmest smile and immediately made me feel like I was more than just a customer — she made me feel like a valued guest. Her knowledge of the collections was impressive, and she answered every question I had with genuine patience and expertise. Whether it was diamonds, gold, custom designs, or care instructions, Nadia explained everything with clarity and confidence. But what really touched me was her attention to detail and genuine passion for helping me find exactly what I was looking for. She wasn’t pushy — she was thoughtful, kind, and had an incredible eye for style. She listened carefully to what I liked and gently guided me toward several stunning pieces that I ended up falling in love with. Her ability to read my taste and recommend items accordingly was spot on. Nadia made the entire process feel personal, relaxed, and very special. As if that wasn’t enough, to my absolute delight, she offered me a generous discount on the item I chose. In a world where great customer service is becoming harder to find, this gesture really stood out. It showed me that this store isn’t just about profit — it’s about building relationships and creating positive, lasting impressions. Now, here comes an unexpected highlight: while I was browsing and finalizing my choice, a friendly gentleman named Fadi approached with a warm welcome and asked if I’d like a coffee. I accepted, expecting the usual quick store-brewed espresso. But what I got was on a whole different level. Fadi made me a latte — and I swear it was the best latte I’ve ever had. Silky, perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. I asked him about it, and it turns out he takes real pride in making coffee for customers, and it shows. It was such a nice, human touch to the experience — sipping a perfectly crafted latte while trying on elegant jewelry? That’s a moment I’ll remember. Every detail — from the service to the ambiance to the human warmth — made me feel valued, respected, and comfortable. This is the kind of customer service every business should aspire to. I left the store not only with a beautiful new piece of jewelry but with a full heart and a big smile. I felt seen, heard, and appreciated. I genuinely can’t wait to go back again — not just to shop, but to enjoy the experience all over again. So if you’re looking for a jewelry store that goes far beyond expectations, where people like Nadia and Fadi turn a shopping trip into a memorable, joyful event — this is the place. A hidden gem in every sense of the word. Bravo to the entire team — you’ve set the gold standard in customer experience.
