They laughed at people we bought a 21-karat gold necklace for. One of them tried to show off, saying it was 18 karat and weighed 2.5 grams, and then claimed it would fetch 70 dinars. Honestly, they have absolutely no credibility.

I tried the Gardens branch twice, and honestly, both experiences were worse than each other, even though I bought a decent amount. Unfortunately, the employee's service was very bad, and I will never deal with them again.

The Gardens branch employees are rude, as if they don't want to sell you anything and they talk without any emotion. They don't even ask how they can help you. When we ask to see an item from a distance, they show it to you without telling you that they want to see it soon. I hope you find it nice of them to show it to you.
