Captain’s Hotel is a city-centre hotel on Al-Sa’adeh Street in Aqaba, Jordan. Its location suits travelers who want to stay near downtown restaurants, shops, local services and the waterfront while using the hotel as a practical base for exploring the Red Sea city.
The hotel’s official website lists 65 rooms and suites, with single, double and triple rooms plus junior suites. This range can work for solo travelers, couples, families, small groups and business visitors. Guests should contact the hotel directly to verify the current room configuration, occupancy, breakfast arrangement, rates and cancellation conditions for their dates.
Captain’s Hotel lists Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, a health club, laundry service, tourism assistance, taxi arrangements and business services among its facilities. The property also lists the Coral Meeting Room for small business or group requirements.
Dining options associated with the hotel include restaurants and cafés. Travelers interested in local seafood can also view the separate Captain’s Restaurant listing before deciding where to eat in central Aqaba.
The hotel’s website mentions access arrangements for a private beach in South Beach, with admission charged separately. Beach access, transfer availability, fees and schedules may change, so check all details directly with the hotel before relying on this service.
Captain’s Hotel may suit travelers who prefer a central Aqaba base rather than a self-contained resort outside the city. Staying downtown makes it easier to reach local restaurants, cafés, shops and city attractions, while taxis or arranged transport can connect guests with South Beach, dive centres, beach clubs and other coastal areas.
The hotel is located on Al-Sa’adeh Street in central Aqaba. This is a city stay rather than a beachfront resort experience, so travelers whose priority is direct reef access or a private resort beach should compare the location carefully before booking.
