Attention Saudis! I booked a 7-day, 8-night stay through the Almosafer app. I finished my business in 5 days and went to the reservations manager. I told him I was checking out, but my booking was non-refundable. I asked if he could cancel 3 days for me so I could leave the hotel; otherwise, I could stay. He said, "No problem, we'll cancel for you, but have Almosafer contact us." I left and informed Almosafer, who emailed the hotel requesting a refund for 3 days. Unfortunately, the hotel refused. I don't know why they did this to me. Later, I went back and spoke to the receptionist. I told him why they were doing this and that it wasn't right. I gave him Almosafer's email confirming they had no problem with a refund and my phone number so they could contact me. They ignored me. Listen, Mr. Reservations Manager, you will be my adversary on Judgment Day. I will take what is rightfully mine from you. I know the hotel owner is unaware of this. I told him I was a student staying for an extended period, but he didn't respond. It's unfortunate that they easily lose customers.

Maintenance, maintenance, maintenance!! Outlet not working, had to charge my phone in the bathroom.. Asked to change rooms, they refused saying (I don’t have the right since I already entered)!! .. as if we’re staying for free. worn out toilet, scratched doors. Thanks for nothing:)
