2 weeks agoOne of the most beautiful hotels. This wasn't my first experience; it's my go-to hotel in Aqaba. The service is excellent, the location is very special, and all the staff are cheerful and helpful. I'd like to thank Mr. Mohammed at reception, Chef Mu'tasim, and the ever-smiling Ms. Zahra. However, to be honest, Ms. Ramis at reception is not up to the standard of working in such a distinguished hotel. She lacks even the most basic customer service skills, and her approach is very poor. I hope you will take this into consideration.
