in the last weekThe rooms were not prepared well Not all stuff we needed were there Also they had a really bad system for parking They didn’t allow us to park our cars at the parking lot and insisted on taking the car (don’t know why ) And they had workers doing construction work at the front door The service was very bad And the reception staff were very disrespectful Everybody was fighting us because we wanted to park in the parking lot Very disappointing place with very disrespectful staff I don’t recommend it

in the last weekThere is no credibility. I booked on booking for 57 dinars, and upon arrival, they wanted to force me to book another one for 101 dinars, claiming it was unavailable. I have a child with me. They told us that it is the hotel’s policy?!
