The reception staff were very bad. They didn't resolve my issue. I booked through an app and made a mistake in the date. I asked them to amend my reservation because I was already at the hotel, but the hotel refused to accommodate me. I asked for a refund. They said, "Contact the website I booked through, and we'll agree to a refund." I contacted the app I booked through, and they agreed to contact the hotel again. However, the hotel refused to cancel and refund my reservation the next day. Even though I told them my reservation was for medical treatment, not tourism, and that my budget was calculated, my issue was not resolved, under the pretext that my reservation was non-refundable. I won't repeat this experience again. You Arabs, what have you left for foreigners: complexity, inflexibility, lack of credibility, and false promises. I absolutely do not recommend this. The treatment is more important than the place you rent from.

The hotel is bad, bad, the hotel care and cleanliness are bad, the staff are not cooperative and helpful and their morals are bad, especially the reception + the employee Omar is the only good one + they sent us out without asking if we could extend the stay or not, an experience that will not be repeated
