a month agoCar noise, alarm sounds that don't stop and there is no problem, residents are disturbed, sewer smell, God bless you, no response at all in terms of maintenance or repair, a very bad experience and the prices are horribly exaggerated.

a month agoBy God Almighty, there is no security at all. Theft inside the apartment in the morning. No secretary at the building entrances, and no locked doors that open with cards only. Anyone who enters the building, whether at night or in the morning, is without any supervision. There is even a secretary who comes in the morning and leaves in the afternoon. She does not ask those entering where they are going, nor does she record numbers or names. I do not know what the benefit of her presence is. I mean, the thief entered the building, went out in front of her, robbed the apartment, and left, and her presence is just a show. These are Damac Towers... and this is the end of it. No security or cleanliness, and the apartment is full of problems, I swear. Every few weeks, we call a repairman from the management to come and fix a problem in the apartment. But these things are acceptable, but the theft is a disaster for anyone who lives in this bad housing. God is my witness. (Stay away from the housing)
