Salt Sea Apartments

Honestly, if there were a rating lower than one star, I would rate you. This hotel is not worth visiting. I rented the hotel, and because of the delay, I didn't get into the room until 3 o'clock. When we got to the room, the air conditioner was broken, and they spent an hour trying to fix it. It could have been better than this. You could have moved us to another room without delaying us. Why do you cause delays for guests who come from considerable distances?! The room lighting was very dim, and there was no refrigerator, only a cooler. The reason for this was obvious: guests had to buy cold water and juice from the hotel's chilled section. We sat in the room for two hours in the heat, and after several requests, they moved us to another room. I didn't get in until around 5 PM, but it was just as bad. The second room had the same problems as the first—exploitation and poor service. They caused us another problem and delay because I brought lunch into the hotel, claiming it was prohibited. The implication was that guests had to buy food from the hotel, even though they hadn't informed me that bringing in food from outside was forbidden. Even dinner, which I ordered from a restaurant, took an hour to arrive. The outdoor seating areas at night were awful; there was no air conditioning or fans despite the sweltering heat outside. Honestly, it's one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, and I hope it's my first and last visit. Frankly, I absolutely do not recommend it.
