Easy Rental

I initially had serious reservations about booking with Auto Union in Amman due to some negative online reviews. However, I can only confirm the opposite: The entire rental process was absolutely smooth and professional. Pickup and Communication Picking up the car the next day in the city was very straightforward. The employee, Suheil, took plenty of time to answer my questions and explained everything transparently in excellent English. My initial concerns were completely dispelled. I would particularly like to highlight the WhatsApp service: You have a direct line to the team and receive quick and reliable answers to any questions. This gives you a very reassuring feeling while traveling. Return and Deposit Drop-off at the airport was extremely easy and quick. The refund of the deposit was also flawless and without any problems. I can wholeheartedly recommend Auto Union in Amman. If you're looking for a reliable rental car with excellent customer service, this is the right place.

I was very satisfied with the process for our two-week vehicle rental. Reasonable prices and a quick and uncomplicated process. The employee is very friendly, and before renting the vehicle, you check the vehicle with them for any damage or defects. I don't know why the vehicles are always returned with a low fuel level, but you return them the same way. We returned the vehicle near the airport (the office is located on the premises of a gas station - it says Union Rental there). Don't be surprised if the office is closed; the employee will be out for a short time as a shuttle and will be back soon. Unfortunately, there was no notice on the door, which caused some confusion at first. You are then driven to the airport free of charge. All in all, a very good and reliable car rental company with a few minor details that could be improved. But I would still rent a car there again.

Good and elegant treatment

Changed the price agreed upon when dropped off car. The car had expired license for which the police threatened to impound the car and issued a ticket. The rental company refused to give a refund for the 6 days we could not drive the car legally. When we picked up the car the gas was below empty and one of the tires was borderline flat and had to be inflated.
