Rented a vehicle for 5 days in August for a Road Trip. The Sixt Employees met me at the hotel for the pick up and the drop off was arranged for the airport at no additional cost. I had no issues with my rental at Sixt and the employees were all very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to everyone and use them in the future when visiting Jordan. Just a side note for all renters: Always take photos and videos of your rental car and do a walk around (this goes for any country you rent in including your home country). This will prevent and discrepancies or arguments when returning your vehicle.

My car rental experience was awful. The car was in poor condition, they didn't help with my tires issue despite many calls and after long waiting the replacement was worst then the original car with downgarded model, and the staff was rude and unprofessional. Terrible service overall.
