4 months agoChaotic beginnings: the young man who picked me up at the airport was not very friendly, was 45 minutes late and I had to meet him at the departures level... The car was not bad, a little damaged in a few places but to tell the truth I prefer it. Fortunately, Faisal who checked me out and took me back to the airport was, for once, adorable and helpful. That raised the bill!

5 months agoI travel a lot and have been renting cars in Amman for over 20 years. By far, Eras (Ace) is the best car rental agency in Jordan. I’ve been dealing with them exclusively for a little over 4 years and their consistency in customer service, quality of cars and prices cannot be beaten. Sabreen and Ahmed deserve a special thanks you - they are the gold standard in what customer service is.
