Great service and very helpful staff! We had some issues with card payment because we have a Russian card, and it took us quite a long time (around three hours) to sort everything out. The team was very patient and really tried to help. What impressed us the most was that an employee even came on his day off to pick up the car. Everything went smoothly, with no stress or hidden issues. Very friendly, flexible, and customer-oriented service. Highly recommended!

We rented a car for our entire stay in Jordan. Mohamed and his team were very pleasant. The car was immaculate. Everything was clear with no misunderstandings. Everything went very smoothly, I highly recommend them.

Great experience renting here. Picked the car up in Amman and returned it at the airport. All hassle free. Would definitely recommend. Mohamed was very accommodating with my constantly changing schedule over the week and couldnt have been more helpful. Will definitely be renting from here again when I come back
