2 weeks agoAt the time, excellent service in picking up elderly parents from the airport. Taking stars off as they left a phone in the backseat, upon realising we messaged the driver asking for him to retrieve it. Driver states it "wasn't found". However we have tracking on it and can see it was definitely in the car with our parents when they arrived and now we can see it being driven all over Amman. Disappointing.

5 months ago5-days trip to Jordan with my two sons. I decided to contact Retaj.
