in the last weekOverall experience was alright. Just note if you book a car for delivery they will not deliver it. I booked it to be delivered 8:30 am and I called multiple times to ask why it was not delivered no one picked up the phone, I had to physically go to pick it up and the associate told me that I provided a non Jordanian number. 1- I showed him I included both of my lines (Jordanian and non-Jordanian numbers) 2- Even if I didn’t, this is a car rental company they should be able to provide services to non-Jordanians/tourists who may not be able to provide a Jordanian number!!!! Also, google maps location isn’t accurate.
