Thank you, thank you to Madam Mona, who treated me after the burn I sustained at the clinic. May God forgive them. The results are more than wonderful with her.

If I could rate them negatively, it would have been better! The worst experience I've ever had with a center. The person in charge isn't a medical expert, just a seasoned practitioner who has taken courses. She doesn't have the necessary qualifications to perform any dermatological treatments at all! She caused my sister severe disfigurement and burns, causing even greater physical and psychological harm! We have all the photos, evidence, and medical reports to prove this, as the scar is still being treated due to the burns she caused due to her lack of qualifications to perform medical procedures and leaving the patient with a corrosive substance on her skin for extended periods! This is in addition to the lack of proper and thorough sterilization of the equipment between staff and their lack of professionalism. You'll find everyone smoking inside, and it's perfectly normal for children to enter the room without permission, in a completely unacceptable manner! The worst experience, and honestly, I hope God will punish every person who harms others while practicing a profession they are unqualified for!

I had such good experience in the salon! I got short haircut that turned out so beautiful, and also tried the laser treatment for my armpits. I'ma already seeing a good results just a few weeks sessions.The owner is very nice and accommodating which make me feel comfortable.The place itself so beautiful,clean and well maintained. Overall the service has been excellent so far. Thank you! ❣️✨

Excellent, it's not enough for Madam Mona's center. I tried the laser and I really liked the results. The staff's treatment was very nice, which made me try her for hair, nails, and skin. The results were more than wonderful. I recommend the center.

I went to this center for laser sessions and later decided to try a chemical peel for a small pigmentation on my knees. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the most difficult experiences I’ve ever gone through. I was not informed beforehand that the chemical peel would not be suitable for my case, and I was assured the results would improve within a month; which was especially important to me as I was preparing for my wedding. During the session, the solution was left on my skin for too long, and I was not given any proper aftercare instructions. My skin reacted badly, became blistered and damaged, and the pigmentation not only got worse but also spread to areas that had no pigmentation before. When I raised my concern about the blisters forming, I was told this was “normal”. Later, my dermatologist told me the reaction looked like burns and needed medical care. It has now been almost two years since that session, and I am still in the process of treating the scars and pigmentation at a dermatologist clinic. One single session here caused me long-lasting problems that I am still struggling to fix. The physical pain was very hard, but the emotional impact was even worse especially at a time when I should have been happy and focused on my wedding and honeymoon. I cannot ever recommend this place to anyone , as the treatment was handled without the proper care, attention, and honesty that such procedures require. This experience caused me a great deal of distress, and I would not want anyone else to go through the same.
