a week agoThe Holyland Hotel is nice and well-organized, but what truly made it an amazing experience was Yaman, the receptionist. He's a very cheerful, friendly, and always smiling person who knows how to help you with everything quickly and effortlessly. Honestly, Yaman's service made us feel right at home, and he deserves all the appreciation and praise. His presence made a huge difference to our stay and made it very enjoyable. The only downside is that there's no food available at the hotel, which is a bit of a hassle.

3 weeks agoThis is the perfect accommodation for language students. It's a great value for money, but the only drawback is the lack of breakfast.

4 weeks agoMy experience with this hotel was very bad. The service was poor, there was a lack of concern for guests, and the hotel's standards fell far short of what was advertised. I absolutely do not recommend it, and it is not worth the price paid.
