2 months agoWe enjoyed a magnificent 4 days with Jordanian Private Tours and Travel and especially with our driver Fares. From collecting us at the airport to driving us to Wadi Rum, Petra, Dead Sea, Madaba, Mt Nebo and Amman, Fares did a brilliant job of not only driving but also explaining all things about what we were seeing and experiencing. His expert knowledge was appreciated as we learnt about Jordan. Jordan Private Tours were very easy and accommodating in setting up our private tour. We highly recommend Jordan Private Tours and especially Fares our driver. The expertise of both are highly recommended. Definitely ask for Jordan Private Tours and Fares to drive you.

7 months agoWe had the best time on our 3 day trip! Our driver, Khalil, was very welcoming and helpful, giving us lots of information. He was a very good driver and he always cared about our happiness and enjoyment - only making our trip better! Khalil was always on time, and he gave us suggestions for extra things as well as happily accepting requests we had. We would definitely recommend him as a driver to others! The hotel we stayed in for the night at Petra wasn't fantastic - however, we understand that there aren't many great hotels in Wadi Musa that are close to restaurants/the town. Being close to Petra in the morning was very handy because it got busy and hot there later in the morning - we'd recommend arriving early (we entered Petra at 8am). Petra itself was spectacular! We paid for the deluxe tent in Wadi Rum and it was well worth it - the campsite itself was fantastic and our room was very comfortable and truly beautiful! We could've happily stayed there an extra night or two! The dinner and breakfast was varied and tasted delicious! The included Jeep tour in Wadi Rum was also very enjoyable. The Dead Sea experience was good and a must-do whilst in Jordan. However, the resort was the HolidayInn Resort and didn't feel very organised, and it was a shame that the beach didn't feel well kept. Although, they gave us a towel and some water whilst on the beach and we enjoyed the experience nonetheless. Overall, the negatives were small and the tour was very well organised. Khalil, our driver, ensured that we were always satisfied and happy throughout the tour. We would highly recommend it to others!

8 months agoBOOK WITH THEM if you're looking for a tour in Jordan. I took the two-day Petra, Wadi Rum, and Dead Sea tour, which was truly fantastic, with Jafar, the "see you tomorrow" guy, a truly special person. We were seven strangers, but we became friends thanks to Jafar; he took pictures of us the whole time and made us laugh. On the first day, we left Amman at 7:00 AM and arrived in Petra, where we had six hours to explore, which was more than enough time to reach the Monastery. Afterward, we moved to Wadi Rum and took an optional sunset tour, which was spectacular; Jafar took pictures of everyone. Afterward, we returned to the camp, where we ate, and there were plenty of vegetarian options. The next day, we went on a two-hour jeep tour in the desert, which was really beautiful, and then reached the Dead Sea after a four-hour drive, where we stayed at this resort with beach access and lunch included. Finally, we returned to Amman around 6:30 PM. This tour was truly special. Jafar was an exceptional person. Unfortunately, we were there during a delicate political moment, but he did everything he could to make sure we enjoyed it to the fullest, and we did. I absolutely recommend it; everything was well organized.
