a week agoThe hotel is in one of the best locations in Amman for the historical sites and local culture. From the moment you check in, the feeling of Jordanian welcoming hospitality is in full evidence. The room was excellent with a warm, refreshing shower. The breakfast was cooked to order with a choice to suit all tastes and diets. Even if you don't stay here, Ibrahim's guided tour is an excellent introduction to the city: where and what to eat, how to cope with the mad traffic, and his secret method of always getting things for the right price.

2 weeks agoWe would especially like to commend Ahmad at reception. He was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and very attentive. He was genuinely interested in how we were enjoying our stay, open to feedback, and grateful for our response. When my daughter wasn't feeling well, he immediately brought her water. That was very kind and hospitable. The hotel's location is very central. You're right in the heart of things, and many attractions are easily accessible. Of course, you can hear the traffic, but that's part of the charm of the location. The parking situation was frustrating for us personally, as we had to search for a parking space for quite some time. At the same time, we are aware that it's quite normal in Jordan for accommodations not to have their own parking. It simply seems to be part of the local custom. There are no shampoo or soap dispensers in the bathroom. However, we noticed that this is common in many accommodations in Jordan and is therefore probably typical for the country. You can also get some if you ask at reception. Overall, we greatly appreciated the staff's friendliness and the central location.

3 weeks agoFriendly staff, well-located. Delicious, extensive breakfast. Rooms are good. Apparently, there's parking across the street for 5 yen per night.
