Kanyo spa, pedicure and manicure

I had an appointment today at 3:30 for a manicure and left disappointed with my nails but chose not to say anything or leave a review but have decided to never go back again. However, as i keep on looking at my nails throughout the day i get enraged by how poorly done they are. I asked for round, but ended up with pointy, uneven and coarse edges nails. One was so badly pointy that i asked the lady to redo it but ended up being worse and that was when i had made the decision voicing my concerns is pointless. She didnt soak my nails with water or anything, just straight to filing. Didnt even ask what shape or length i wanted, i had to tell her before i started then she had them shorter than i wanted but perfectly uneven. And you can feel the thick air caused by the tension between the workers. Not to mention that this was my second visit after over a year, and the reason it took me over a year to come back is that on my first visit i had a pedicure and was left bleeding because the lady cut skin badly.
