in the last weekI had my son’s wedding at Kempinski Ishtar and they were more than excellent. The whole experience was amazing. The venue, location, service level and food were superb. Highly recommended. Special thanks to the hotel GM Mr. Victor Betro who was very professional, supportive and helpful. Chef Moh’d and chef Abou Elias and the whole team were more than amazing. I owe Mr. Ali Mansour, Ishtar Director of Banqueting, special and personal appreciation for all the hard work he did 24X7. Ali has been key to the success of the wedding. He went way beyond his line of duty taking care of all details, while being so modest and humble. He made us all feel so special. No wonder he was voted Manager of the Year for 2024. I nominate him for this year’s award as well. Thank you team Kempinski Ishtar for everything. You really rock!!!

in the last weekIt is our first time in the Dead Sea. We chosed Kempinski Hotel Ishtar for both comfort and safety. It proved that we made a very good choice. Besides the friendliness, consideration,quick response,beautiful environment and facilities, we like the bedding very much, good quality and caring even to very sensitive skins. We are specially deeply impressed by Abdullah Saad, the Concierge Supervisor. He is the person who is always ready to help you out, so reliable and so efficient. We are also thankful to Jelai, the lifeguard, who is very helpful, watchful and quick in response. We enjoy the food especially by the Rehan Lebanesr Cuisine, catering even to us foreigners though many local foods are served. The Chef and all the guys working here value both the guests and the food very much. We're also impressed by the warm service by the Lady in Red and all staff of Obelisk Restaurant.
