We had a glamorous day to remember at the Ritz-Carlton, Amman. It was a special occasion for me to celebrate, and the team at the Ritz elevated it beyond my expectations. The check-in was very smooth and quick. The staff was amazing — friendly, cheerful, and genuinely caring. You can feel the hospitality from the moment you step into the lobby, with everyone going out of their way to make you feel special. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views of the city. Every detail reflected luxury and comfort, from the high-quality linens to the personalized welcome amenities. We also enjoyed the dining experience at the lounge club and at the Ambros— the food was exceptional, with perfect presentation and flavors that matched the ambiance. The restaurant team was attentive and made sure everything was just right throughout our meal. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and how every staff member seemed committed to making our stay memorable. Whether it was housekeeping, reception, or restaurant staff, everyone carried the same spirit of excellence. It was a truly unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend the Ritz-Carlton Amman to anyone looking for a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and warm Jordanian hospitality. Special thanks to Mrs. Esraa who stood with me step by step even before I arrive at the hotel, to the breakfast team at Ambros, and the team at the club lounge and to Roberto's Manager and the team there.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Amman, cleanliness, design and service are excellent.. I only have a comment on the Kanz restaurant affiliated with the restaurant, their food is very bad, lacks the minimum standards of craftsmanship and is expensive. Other than that, the hotel is very excellent

From the moment we arrived, dinner at Roberto’s was an experience to remember. Chef Farah and his team created a truly exceptional evening — each dish was beautifully presented (we even had the chance to try) and full of flavor, a perfect balance between creativity and authenticity. Ahmad made the service impeccable with his kindness and attention to detail, while Demetry’s cocktails were a true highlight — crafted with precision, originality, and a perfect touch of elegance. The view: perched high above Amman, Roberto’s offers one of the most breathtaking panoramas in the city — simply unforgettable. In short, Roberto’s is a must-try: amazing cuisine, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that turns dinner into a memory.
