in the last weekWhat an amazing experience we’ve had with Khaled. Accommodation was fantastic, clean, well organised and beautifully designed, further away from other camps so you can enjoy calm atmosphere of the desert, surrounded by monumental mountains. We’ve asked for vegetarian meals and we were provided with range of dishes- both cooked and fresh salads plus some sweets. Our host was super friendly, making sure we have everything we need. Essence of Jordanian hospitality.

in the last weekOvernight stays under the stars deep in the Wadi Rum desert, nestled in the red rock formations, and a jeep tour through the desert, taking in all the most interesting attractions. Each tent has a bed, bedding, blankets, a toilet, a sink, and a shower. For dinner, you're served fresh local food prepared and baked in a special pot covered with sand. Everyone is provided with mint tea and breakfast. Twenty-five years ago, we were traveling in the Middle East, and imagine my surprise when the same phone number was answered by the same man we met back then: Khaled. Great kindness and professional fulfillment of dreams at a reasonable price.

in the last weekA place run with passion, where tradition and history are shared with visitors. The huts (tents) are well-equipped for low nighttime temperatures (blankets and thick duvets) and allow for an authentic experience. For dinner, we were able to enjoy ichnies, traditional dishes previously buried underground, and witness the entire preparation process. A desert tour rounded out our stay with Khaled. The guide passionately recounted the history and explained the meanings of the hieroglyphs. Most importantly, you'll be welcomed by kind, open, and helpful people.

3 weeks agoThe best place to be , the way Khaled communicated from the beginning to his hospitality and curating custom tours, with his amazing sense of humor I highly highly recommend, I extended my stay from 1 night to 2 nights , was even thibking of staying more as the place, ambience and hospitality is surreal. I would definitely visit again and do more hikes, stargaze again, try the authentic bedouin dinner, just stay at peace watching sunrise and sunsets. Humility and hospitality at its best.
