This review is for a nurse in the ICU (King Salman Building) named Huda Al-Masarwa. Words cannot express her true professionalism, humanity, and wonderful care. She treats each patient like a member of her own family, with utmost tenderness and professionalism. She provides information with unparalleled accuracy, understands exactly what she's saying, and answers and reassures us whenever we call the center. Knowing she's on duty makes us feel that our loved ones are in safe hands. Thank you, Huda.

The worst service I've ever seen in a hospital or center the size of the King Hussein Cancer Center. I won't go into reasons because if I were to explain, I'd need a whole book detailing the patient follow-up procedures, admission procedures, and even the patient's situation in the emergency room. If you're not following up with your patient and know everything they're taking, it's all lost. Thank you.

Failure to adhere to appointments, failure to answer the phone, and lack of any assistance; extremely poor customer service.
