2 months agoI visited the hammam yesterday and was supposed to enjoy a Moroccan bath session, but unfortunately, it was replaced with a Turkish bath without any explanation or questioning. The experience was unsatisfactory. The treatment was rushed, and the massage was not up to expectations, neither in terms of time nor quality. I paid for a complete and relaxing experience, but unfortunately, I did not feel any care or professionalism. I hope you review the level of service and clarify the differences between the services to customers before starting, because what actually happened was below expectations.

5 months agoNot organizing appointments at all, and there is no respect for the customer, not even an apology for their mistakes in organizing appointments. I do not recommend them at all.
