2 months agohad a very disappointing experience with this car rental company. The vehicle they gave me required repairs, and I ended up wasting a significant amount of time waiting for a replacement. To make things worse, the replacement car was from a different category than what I originally booked, yet they still charged me the full amount without considering the inconvenience or the time lost. There was no proper compensation, no apology, and no effort to make the situation right. Very unprofessional service. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and fair customer treatment. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Respect for the customer, smooth and fast service, very reasonable prices, and their cars have everything you need – like new cars.
