a week agoHonestly, the hotel's location is great, but when you book with a group, they give you the worst room and the worst view. The receptionist's attitude is awful and unhelpful. The bathrooms are primitive and underdeveloped, and there's no bidet. The wardrobe is broken—no comment. Only the breakfast is good. The reception is terrible, the room needs renovation, especially the bathrooms, and the furniture needs fixing.
