Honestly, the hotel's location is great, but when you book with a group, they give you the worst room and the worst view. The receptionist's attitude is awful and unhelpful. The bathrooms are primitive and underdeveloped, and there's no bidet. The wardrobe is brokenβno comment. Only the breakfast is good. The reception is terrible, the room needs renovation, especially the bathrooms, and the furniture needs fixing.

The location is good, on Pizza Street, close to the market, but the room is very bad. There are several issues with the room, and in addition, the bathrooms are very old and the closets are worn out.
