in the last weekRooms were very poor quality. I was placed in a smoking room with dirty couch, blood on sheets and makeup. I was then moved to another room - smoking again but this time the air conditioner didn’t work. When I asked to move they refused and said it could be fixed. It was not until I had to yell to get a non smoking room with a functioning AC however the door didn’t lock from the inside. Staff very unhelpful. Our keys also didn’t work and needed to be reprogrammed x3. Being on the third floor it was a lot of flights of stairs given the slow elevators.

a week agoA hotel that meets expectations. The rooms were clean and tidy. The location is excellent: you could park your car conveniently in front of the hotel, and there are several dining options nearby.
